Honey and mead from acacia

The most popular and still rarer acacia honey and mead.

Acacia honey is produced under conditions of intense broods in warm regions of Bohemia and South Moravia.

Acacia honey is waterclear to slightly yellowish in color with a slight greenish tint. Acacia honey is due to the exceptionally high fructose content intensely sweet taste with a delicate aroma typical. High fructose causes even long time fluidity of honey. It is suitable for using in particular acacia honey, where crystallization defect.

Due to the overall difficulty of obtaining single-flower honeys and rarity especially acacia honey, acacia mead are a rarity in our country. However, in the Mead museum single-meads are the most popular ones.
