Mead from "mixed-honey" assumes typical characteristic of any type of honey or honeydew, such as meads from single-flower honeys.

Mixed honey contains mostly honey from trees, plants and herbs. It is mainly from the second clutches when bees fly both on late-flowering plants, but has also for honeydew into the woods. Mixed honeys have very different properties depending on the particular combination of plant species, of which bees are collecting a nectar. Taste and appearance of these honeys are so highly variable depending on the location and type of plants visited.
