Cyser - very interesting honey wine with apple juice fermentated together with honey.

Best to be enjoyed slowly from the long-stemmed glasses, cooled down to 12-16 °C.  

About meadery

Small production with highest quality mead. He is specialized in dry and semi-dry mead which is not so typical for Czech republic. Producing variental honey meads and special editions.
