The name Trybunalski recalls the time when the mead was drink during the Tribunal where the Polish nobles chose The king.
 
It is a combination of multi flower honey and buckwheat honey with a small addition of elderberry juice.

Competition awards

Awarded many medals including:

  • honorable mention at the 6th Winery Contest in Ozorkow, Poland in 1997 organized by the National Winery Council;
  • a gold medal at the International Festival of Meadery in Boulder, U.S.A.,2004;
  • a bronze medal at the International Festival of Meadery in Boulder, U.S.A., 2013
